Refund & Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your registration

• 7 or more days before the event — full refund, minus any payment gateway fee already deducted.
• 3–6 days before the event — 50% refund.
• Less than 72 hours before the event — no refund. At this point the club has usually already committed to the venue and headcount.
• No-shows (registered but didn't attend, no cancellation notice) — no refund.

If JIR Sports cancels or postpones an event

Full refund, or, if you prefer, your fee is carried forward to the next edition of that event — your choice.

Transfers

A registration can be moved to another event or another person only with admin approval — message us on WhatsApp and we'll sort it out, no extra registration needed.

How refunds are paid

Back to the original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 5–7 business days of approval.
