Eligibility
Open to all skill levels unless an event specifies otherwise. Participants under 18 must have a parent or guardian complete registration and confirm consent.
Conduct
We expect fair play and respectful behaviour toward players, coaches, and staff at all sessions and events. JIR Sports may remove a participant from an event without refund for serious misconduct.
Assumption of risk
Sports carry an inherent risk of injury. By registering, participants (or their guardian, for minors) acknowledge this risk and participate at their own responsibility. JIR Sports takes reasonable safety precautions but is not liable for injuries sustained during normal play.
Changes to events
Dates, venues, or formats may change due to weather, venue availability, or other circumstances outside our control. We'll notify registered participants as early as possible.
Photography
JIR Sports may photograph or film events for use on our website and social media. If you do not want yourself or your child appearing in these, let us know before the event.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
